Are you the person who keeps everything moving, remembers what everyone else has forgotten and makes a busy Director's working life considerably easier? We are recruiting an exceptional Senior Project Administrator/PA for an established construction-related business near Bishop's Stortford. This is a varied, high trust role supporting the Director of Project Delivery and helping to keep live projects, reporting, documentation and compliance activity firmly on track.
THE ROLE
- Managing the Director’s email, diary, meetings and priorities
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up actions
- Maintaining project schedules, databases, reports and documentation
- Producing performance reports for the Director and Board
- Supporting bids, tenders and formal submissions
- Managing compliance documentation across live projects
- Monitoring site forms, checklists and inspections
- Chasing overdue information from managers and project teams
- Producing compliance reports, trackers and dashboards
- Maintaining training records and training matrices
- Managing system users, permissions and basic training
