Ideally, you’ll live within 30 minutes of Harlow. You’ll need: * Strong technical experience in CCTV and access control systems. * Experience supervising, training and mentoring engineers. * The ability to manage service workloads, audit work quality and maintain high standards. * Confidence handling clients, quotations and small works. * A willingness to be hands-on when required.
