A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially minded Senior E-Commerce Executive to join a growing international product-led business with an established online presence and ambitious growth plans. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely lives and breathes e-commerce — someone who enjoys improving website performance, creating content that converts, analysing what works (and what doesn’t), and helping drive online sales growth. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimise digital performance, improve customer journey and help shape the ongoing growth of the online channels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and updating website content, product information and merchandising
  • Creating engaging copy and e-commerce content across online channels
  • Monitoring website performance and producing meaningful reports and recommendations
  • Supporting conversion optimisation and improving customer journey
  • Managing promotions, launches and seasonal trading activity
  • Supporting marketplace activity including Amazon and retail partner platforms
  • Working with internal stakeholders and external developers to improve website functionality
  • Monitoring competitor activity and identifying commercial opportunities
