Are you an experienced construction or project professional who knows how to keep compliance systems, site documentation and busy project teams firmly under control? We are recruiting a highly capable Senior Compliance Systems Project Coordinator for an established construction-related business near Bishop’s Stortford. Working closely and supporting the Director, you will take ownership of the systems, documentation and follow-up activity that support multiple live projects. This is a senior, visible role requiring confidence, accuracy and the determination to ensure actions are completed—not merely recorded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the SiteDocs compliance-management system
- Ensuring site forms, inspections and checklists are completed correctly and on time
- Monitoring outstanding site documentation and chasing project teams through to completion
- Managing SiteDocs user accounts, permissions and access
- Supporting users and providing guidance on the compliance system
- Producing compliance reports, dashboards and management information
- Maintaining accurate project schedules, databases and document records
- Organising, attending and chairing project and compliance meetings
