This is a varied role working closely with the Finance Manager and would suit someone with solid purchase ledger/accounts experience who enjoys being part of a busy, hands-on finance function.

Your responsibilities will include:

Processing purchase invoices and purchase orders
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
Cost reporting and assisting with month-end processes
Credit card and employee expenses
Checking transactions for accuracy
Supporting the wider finance function as required

We are looking for someone with good Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable experience, strong attention to detail and confident Excel skills. Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts would be highly useful.
