A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful international product-led business experiencing continued growth across multiple online sales channels. Working closely with the E-Commerce and Marketing teams, you will play a key role in driving online sales performance, website optimisation, digital merchandising, marketplace activity and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing website content, product listings, promotions and pricing
- Supporting online trading campaigns and product launches
- Monitoring website performance, customer behaviour and conversion rates
- Analysing sales data and producing performance reports
- Supporting marketplace activity including Amazon
- Working alongside marketing on SEO, PPC, email and digital campaigns
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer journey and online sales performance
- Coordinating website updates with external agencies and developers
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years' experience within E-Commerce, Digital Trading or Online Retail
- Experience using Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of online trading and digital merchandising
- Experience using Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Commercially aware with strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central would be highly advantageous
