Customer Care Associate – Rural & Agricultural Sector
Are you naturally comfortable around farms, rural estates and agricultural life? Whether you’ve grown up around farming, attended agricultural college, worked within the rural community or simply understand the day-to-day realities of farm life, this could be a fantastic long-term opportunity to join a highly respected business within the agricultural sector.
We’re looking for a confident and personable Customer Care Associate to support and build relationships with rural and farming clients, including attending customer premises to carry out reviews, discuss any changes within their business and provide ongoing support and advice. This is a varied role combining customer service, relationship management, administration and site visits, so strong communication skills and confidence working independently are essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A genuine understanding of farming or rural life
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- Strong spelling, grammar and attention to detail
- Confidence working independently and managing their own diary
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Good IT skills and willingness to learn
Highly desirable:
- Farming background
- Agricultural studies/college
- Equine or rural industry experience
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment, seasonal farm operations or rural businesses
Full training provided. Hybrid working available after training with the opportunity to work remotely 1–2 days per week once fully established within the role. A genuinely lovely long-term opportunity for someone looking to build a career within a stable and highly regarded rural-focused business.
