Join Our Blending Team
We are looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our Blending Department. This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, where teamwork, commitment, and a strong work ethic are essential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating within the blending production area
- Weighing, mixing, and handling raw materials
- Manual handling and lifting of bags weighing up to 25kg
- Working safely and following company procedures
- Maintaining quality standards and production targets
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Supporting colleagues to achieve team goals
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable, focused, and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and capable of manual work and heavy lifting
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential

Days (FIXED)
- Wednesday to Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays
Rotating Days & Nights (FIXED)
- Monday & Tuesday Days, 6:00am to 6:00pm
- Thursday & Friday Nights, 6:00pm to 6:00am
Permanent Nights (FIXED)
- Sunday to Wednesday
- 6:00pm to 6:00am
