The Role: Although on a daily basis you will continue to work as part of the production team, you will be required to assist in the management of the day-to-day Blending operation as required. In addition, you will also stand in for the Supervisor during absences and holidays as agreed with the Production Manager.
Person Specification:
- A good understanding of the whole Blending process.
- Excellent motivational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactively identify and address problems, taking the appropriate action required.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Maintain and develop Health & Safety standards and requirements.
- Maintain and implement Good Manufacturing practices, including hygiene and quality control.
- Computer Literate.
Additional Information: Based at the Ossett site. This is a permanent position working 48 hours per week, 6pm - 6am with three 30-minute paid breaks. However, due to the nature of the business, a degree of flexibility is required.
