The European division is rapidly growing and is a market leader in the manufacture of food coatings, seasonings and functional ingredient systems. The Ossett site manufactures food coatings systems, dry seasoning blends, bread crumbs and rusk products. The site is a real success story and the team consistently deliver significant growth year on year.
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leadhand to oversee daily operations within our team reporting to the shift Supervisor. The Lead Hand will play a crucial role in ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and be able to motivate and guide team members effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards.
