- Resolution Delivery Coordinator
- Full-time, fixed-term contract until March 2027
Salary: £33,000 per annum (increasing to £42,275 upon meeting agreed performance targets; plus up to 5% performance-related pay)

Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of repair-related complaints, reducing escalation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for residents raising a complaint, communicating clearly, empathetically, and in a timely manner.
- Work with a range of IT systems and specialist packages to manage complaint data.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a supportive and effective service to customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Background in service delivery with proven success in problem-solving.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with commitment to resolving issues to a very high standard of customer satisfaction.
