Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our successful Lettings team.

Responsibilities

  • Administration element of the letting of Newlon’s empty properties
  • Beginning and ending of tenancies and the probationary process of establishing new customers in their homes

Qualifications

  • Proven administration experience in a customer service delivery role
  • First class communication skills, demonstrable empathy with the needs of residents and a genuine commitment to resolving tenancy issues
  • Basic understanding of the principles of housing, IT skills

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £33,414 per annum plus opportunity to earn up to 5% performance related bonus

Closing date: 23:59 on Wednesday 15 October 2025

Assessments will be held at the Newlon Head Office week commencing 20 October 2025

Interviews will be held at the Newlon Head Office on Friday 31 October 2025
