Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London. We have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join us and provide high quality EA and secretarial support to the Group Finance & Resources Director and their respective departments.
As a member of the wider Executive Support Team, you will also provide administrative support to the Executive Team and Board, and at Committee Meetings, which may include occasional evening meetings. With proven experience of secretarial and administrative work in a confidential or commercially sensitive environment, you will be adept at providing support across different disciplines.
You will be skilled in diary management, minute-taking and meeting organisation, and have first class IT skills. Good communication skills are also essential as you will be developing working relationships with contractors, consultants, residents and colleagues. You will have a good understanding and appreciation of the importance of diversity for an employer like Newlon.
In return, you can expect 27 days holiday (pro-rated), a non-contributory pension, excellent benefits and a flexi scheme. You'll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, and are situated just two minutes' walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
