Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.
We have an opportunity for a highly pro-active and customer-focused individual to join our Repairs team. You will provide assistance to all repairs senior staff to ensure that the repairs service is delivered to the highest possible standard. Your duties will include:
- Booking and coordinating repair works to homes
- Managing case work
- Chasing up outstanding works to be completed
- Managing team emails
- Recording/logging all information
- Other relevant administrative tasks
With a proven customer service experience in a busy service delivery environment, you will be able to deal effectively and efficiently with service issues and liaise confidently with members of the public. First class administration and IT skills are essential, along with good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage a large and varied workload.
In return, you can expect 27 days holiday, a non-contributory pension, excellent benefits and a flexi scheme. You will also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, and are situated just two minutes' walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
