Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London. We have an opportunity for a highly experienced professional to contribute to our corporate goals and play a lead role across the Income and Investigations teams.
With responsibility for the overall running of the Income Team, Service Charge Team, Investigation Team and Financial Inclusion Team, you will ensure that each service is delivered to the highest possible standard and that resident expectations and needs are met. Our aim is to be a partner of choice because we build quality homes and environments, deliver exceptional services and can be trusted by all stakeholders, and you will play a role in helping to achieve this.
With substantial experience in a senior management service delivery role and proven leadership skills, you will have experience in debt recovery and services charges, overseeing budgets, making financial decisions, working with performance data to drive improvements and the ability to manage hybrid teams. First class customer service and communication skills are essential as you will be delivering a service to meet the diverse needs of our residents, along with a broad knowledge of welfare benefits and regulatory and ombudsman requirements.
In return, you can expect 27 days holiday, a non-contributory pension, excellent benefits and a flexi scheme. You’ll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
