Job Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making a real difference in people\’s lives? This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Serious Injuries Team at NewLaw, assisting our fee earners with RTA multi-track claims.
In this role you will:
- Assist our fee earners with multi-track level cases, to include litigated cases, assisting handling these cases to case conclusion.
- Help investigate claims and assess prospects of success while building relationships with clients.
- Prepare legal documents in line with Civil Procedure Rules.
- Play a key role in securing fair outcomes for our clients.

About You
The ideal candidate will have a Law Degree and/or LPC and/or exposure to working on personal injury claims, proven effective time management and organisational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has a Law Degree and/or LPC and/or exposure to working on personal injury claims in either an insurer or solicitor environment.
- Proven effective time management and organisational skills within a task-based environment.
- A natural problem solver with top-tier negotiation skills and a client-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, dealing with clients, colleagues, and suppliers via all contact methods.
