NewlandsPrimary School are seeking to appoint a talented and highly motivated HLTA tojoin our friendly and dedicated team. We are flexible and welcome applicationsfrom experienced HLTAs seeking either a full-time or part-time position.
The Role
Thisis a varied and rewarding role that will involve:
- Covering classesacross the primary age range from Reception to Year 6 to support releasetime and cover staff absence.
- Leading targetedinterventions and booster groups to support pupil progress.
- Workingalongside teachers and support staff to ensure all children receive thesupport they need to succeed.
We are Looking for Someone who:
- Has completed anHLTA qualification, teaching qualification, or relevant equivalentexperience.
- Has experienceof working within a primary school setting, leading whole-class learningas well as supporting small groups and individual pupils.
- Can engage,motivate and inspire children to develop a love of learning.
- Is a positiveteam player who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues, pupils andfamilies.
