Newlands Girls’ School is seeking a proactive Wellbeing and Behaviour Support Practitioner to help ensure all students feel safe and supported. You will provide targeted 1:1 or small group sessions for emotional wellbeing and behaviour, lead on intervention programmes, and supervise students in internal suspension.
The role requires working closely with students, parents, carers, staff and external agencies, bringing calm, initiative and a team-focused approach to a busy school environment.
