About the Role
Newlandmedia is seeking a skilled and experienced AV Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with hands‑on AV installation experience who is confident working on a range of commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Mounting and installing AV equipment to a high standard
- Running and terminating cables through walls, floors, and ceilings
- Conducting fault‑finding and system troubleshooting
- Carrying out site surveys and preparing reports
- Ensuring installations meet project requirements and industry standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in AV installation and engineering
- Strong understanding of cabling, mounting, and AV system setup
- Full UK Driving Licence (required for site visits)
- Full DBS check (or willing to obtain one)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
- Comfortable using all types of software from control to digital signage and keen to learn new software
