About the Role

Newlandmedia is seeking a skilled and experienced AV Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with hands‑on AV installation experience who is confident working on a range of commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mounting and installing AV equipment to a high standard
  • Running and terminating cables through walls, floors, and ceilings
  • Conducting fault‑finding and system troubleshooting
  • Carrying out site surveys and preparing reports
  • Ensuring installations meet project requirements and industry standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in AV installation and engineering
  • Strong understanding of cabling, mounting, and AV system setup
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required for site visits)
  • Full DBS check (or willing to obtain one)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
  • Comfortable using all types of software from control to digital signage and keen to learn new software
