Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to strategically identify, prospect, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities.
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation to deal closure.
- Understand potential client's business and objectives; input strategically to develop opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients.
- Partner with the CSO and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to develop innovative materials and content, enhancing our sales toolkit and supporting sales targets.
- Contribute to proposal development, ensuring compelling and tailored presentation of our offerings to potential clients, whilst also obtaining initial cost estimates from our delivery team, as required.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, leveraging these platforms for networking and to connect with potential clients, enhancing our market presence.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through diligent online research and effective face-to-face engagements, expanding our client base.
- Enhance and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and efficient management of client data to support sales activities.
- Negotiate and finalise deals, employing strategic approaches to secure business agreements.
- Conduct project handovers to the delivery team, post sale, to ensure a seamless transition into production.
- Work to agreed KPIs, reporting your individual KPIs back to CSO for weekly and quarterly management meetings.
- Facilitate quarterly innovation workshops, generating regular ideas for key clients.
- Educate and onboard clients with work we have delivered and help champion throughout client organisations.
Candidate profile:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable success in a sales role, with expertise in researching and unearthing new opportunities, whilst also managing and closing deals.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively.
- A proactive attitude and ready to get stuck in.
- Experience of stakeholder management and relationship building at all levels.
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbally.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and adept in creating compelling proposals and presentations.

Working arrangements:
This position is based at our Runway East location on 1 Victoria Street, where you will be expected to work for the majority of the week, completing a 37.5-hour work schedule. We provide all necessary equipment to ensure you can perform your role effectively.
Whilst we offer flexible hybrid and remote working arrangements, the option to work from home is available after a successful induction and trial period. As this is a sales role, occasional travel to meet with prospects is required. This may sometimes involve overnight stays at hotels, although such instances are infrequent and typically in the UK. All travel and accommodation expenses will be fully reimbursed.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 to £45,000, dependent on experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in a performance-based bonus scheme. This unique chance not only rewards your achievements but also invites you to contribute to the design of the bonus framework. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our expanding sales department.
