As our Digital Project Manager you will be accountable for projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, there are no blockers and mitigating risk along the way. It’s your job to understand our clients' needs and ensure that you're delivering the project to meet the requirements.
You are the lynchpin which holds everything together, the go-to person and able to change a sometimes chaotic and reactive work environment into a more structured and efficient one. You can naturally find the right balance between building, growing and enhancing internal and external relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring delivery of projects within time, budget and scope.
About you:
You will be technically minded, have a genuine interest in the digital world both in and out of work, with the ability to work closely with the development team, understanding project limitations, capabilities and potential blockers and then communicating through to non-technical teams in a digestible form.

- Lead software development projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and ensure they are communicated effectively to the project team and stakeholders
- Work closely with the project team to ensure all requirements are clearly defined and understood, and that progress is tracked and reported regularly
- Ability to mitigate and manage project risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation plans as required
- Define project team (internally and externally) to help visualise our unique approach/project management methodology to delivery
- Manage resource, including prioritisation, scheduling and direction
- Communicate project plans and job status to clients weekly and daily where necessary (if there are changes for any reason)
- Document all the processes in the business relating to delivery of services (from sales client onboarding to project handover) including but not limited to: Statement of Work, Project requirements, Proposals, MoSCoW, RAID, RACI, Billing plans
- Ensure project documentation is signed and project stages or jobs are formally signed off
- Ensures that timesheets and invoices correlate accurately, so there is no missed billing
- Support finance with monthly invoicing as required
- Focus on pushing as much revenue through the P&L and utilisation
- Advise talent managers on positive/negative resourcing requirements at least two months ahead of requirements (this requires regular communication with sales to analyse the pipeline)
- Project manage internal projects
- Manage under or over servicing of clients
- Manage third party contractors and third-party agencies working in partnership on project delivery
- Help us to work with individuals in the team to understand how best they can improve the efficiency in the delivery of their services
- Work closely with the project teams to ensure project requirements are understood, and the team is aligned on project goals and timelines
- Complete required testing, snagging, or post project support
- Assist with revenue recognition on projects
- Regularly communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and senior management
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, motivating them to achieve project objectives
- Facilitate project retrospectives to evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvements
