About the Role

This is a hands-on finance role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, tech-savvy environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s finances and act as a key contact for all financial and commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records in Xero
  • Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and Xero
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Upload and organise all finance documentation
  • Raise and chase invoices (credit control)
  • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
  • Oversee payroll processes, working with external providers
  • Manage pension contributions and monthly uploads
  • Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly payment runs
  • Handle staff expense claims
  • Support the team with financial reporting and commercial queries
  • Assist with accounting journals and month-end processes

  • Proven experience in a similar finance role
  • Proficient in Xero, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
