A senior leadership opportunity has opened for a Chartered MEP Associate Director to drive project delivery, lead key client relationships and shape the growth of a high-performing regional building services team.

You will own major project workstreams, act as the primary client contact, and oversee multi-disciplinary coordination across the full MEP spectrum. Requirements
What You Bring
- Chartered engineer with strong technical understanding of MEP design
- Strong electrical engineering background with awareness of other disciplines
- Proven experience leading complex building services projects
- Excellent written, spoken and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to lead teams, motivate others and manage challenging situations
- Strong organisational, planning and commercial awareness
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
The Package
- Salary: Up to £88,000
- Car/Travel Allowance + additional travel allowance
- Full-time, permanent position based in Reading (RG1 1LX)
