In this role, you will:
Carry out site inspections across a varied project portfolio
Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with current Building Regulations
Provide clear, practical guidance to clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Produce accurate reports and maintain detailed records
Collaborate with project teams to ensure standards and compliance are consistently met
To be considered, you’ll need:
Experience within Building Control, inspection, or a closely related discipline
Strong working knowledge of Building Regulations and construction practices
The ability to manage your own workload and operate independently
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Registration as a Building Inspector (Class 2D–2F+), with Class 3G/H or 2F also considered
Previous site-based experience essential
