Help! We need another osteopath, as we haven't got enough time to see all the patients! We are an established, multi-disciplinary clinic based in Horley, near Gatwick, seeking a confident and professional associate to join our warm and supportive practice.

This self-employed, percentage-based role offers a flexible commitment of two to three days per week across both of our Horley locations. We provide a generous and competitive fee-split structure within a collaborative, family-friendly atmosphere that is well-regarded in the local community.

You will work alongside a diverse team of osteopaths, physiotherapists, counsellors, and other healthcare professionals in an environment that prioritises patient outcomes and team synergy. We are looking for a personable and reliable clinician who is confident managing their own caseload while remaining a dedicated team player.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as we have a high volume of regular, returning patients with a focus on building long-term relationships. While experience in deep tissue massage, dry needling, and therapeutic ultrasound is welcomed, it is not essential. Above all, we seek a practitioner with a passion for learning and a desire to grow.

For those earlier in their career or looking to refine their skills, mentoring and clinical support are readily available. If you are ready to step into a rewarding environment, please send your CV and a short introduction regarding your availability to info@newhillosteopathy.co.uk.
