We arecurrently seeking an experienced Primary or SEND specialist teacher to join ourteam.

This role involves planning and delivering ambitious, well-sequencedlearning, adapting a mainstream KS2/KS3 curriculum for autistic students, across all subjects, to enable them to eventually go on to achieve academicsuccess at KS4.

Flexibility and the ability to workcollaboratively with colleagues are key to success, and this role may well suitsomeone who is looking to further develop their pedagogy in a creative, non-mainstream environment.

  • Have a proven record of good academic resultswith students of all abilities.
  • Have a practical understanding that behaviouris communication and be able to motivate students who may displayextremely challenging behaviour.
  • Display innovation and an ability to inspirestudents with a range of needs.
  • Able to contribute to a wider curriculumdevelopment within a SEND context and work collegiately to support theteaching of a broad and balanced curriculum.
  • Have a passion and enthusiasm about making apositive difference in the lives of students with SEND, to ensure personaland academic growth.
