Newham Partnership Working seeks a Family Engagement Worker to support children aged 0-5 and their families across the local Children’s Centres.

You will deliver outreach, home visits and, where capacity allows, universal group sessions, contributing to family plans and improving outcomes.

You will input into practice guidance, maintain accurate records and uphold equality, safeguarding and inclusion principles in every interaction.
