Newham Council is seeking an experienced Assurance and Compliance professional to lead the Housing Needs Temporary Accommodation Service team. You will oversee contracts with temporary accommodation providers, monitor performance, ensure compliance with contractual, legislative and quality standards, and deputise for the Contract and Compliance Manager when required.
You will manage a team of 10 officers, conduct inspections, validate health and safety certifications, investigate disrepair.
