ABOUT YOU

‘People at the heart of everything we do’

You will be committed to improving practice through creating and maintaining positive partnership relationships within your operational arena, acting as a ‘critical friend’ and providing constructive advice to improve outcomes for the children and families of Newham. Your role will require you to use both quantitative and qualitative data to raise practice standards through reviewing and developing practice. You will be an advocate for excellence and be a key role in the continuous development of the Quality Assurance service and in your operational arenas.

We\’re looking for confident senior practitioners with significant experience of auditing within Quality Assurance. You are full of energy and enthusiasm, taking a creative but pragmatic approach to supporting your team towards improving practice across children’s social care. You have high working standards and the skills to present and communicate information to inform learning at strategic, operational, and individual practitioner levels.
