We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Improvement & Transformation Officer to join our team at oneSource. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by driving service improvements and leading on strategic projects across the oneSource partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of customer relationship management, performance management, and service improvement strategies.
  • Lead and deliver business improvement projects using methodologies like LEAN, Agile, or Systems Thinking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiencies and implement evidence-based change initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a business improvement toolkit, providing training and mentorship to staff.
  • Promote continuous improvement in customer experience using innovative business practices and the latest technology.
  • Create and manage a presence on multimedia platforms to promote commercial opportunities and customer engagement.
  • Manage allocated budgets for specific projects and deliver results within agreed timelines.
