Operations Manager in East Ham

Newham Community Law Project is recruiting an Operations Manager to join our newly established organisation as we launch our legal services in summer 2026.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape a community-based legal practice from the outset.

Over the coming months we will be applying for Legal Aid contracts and to become a member of the Law Centres Network.

We currently have one immigration solicitor and are recruiting a Director of Legal Services and a second solicitor.

We are looking for a highly organised person who can ensure that the infrastructure of the Law Project works efficiently and is able to support the case work team and the Trustee Board.

21 hours per week

NJC Scale SP27-31 (£41,580 – £44,480) Pro Rata (starting salary dependent on experience)
