Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)?, Provide tailored coaching and support to learners with SEND in their work placements.

Collaborate with tutors, managers, employers, families, and external agencies to create a supportive work environment.

Assist learners in building essential skills, such as time management, customer service, and catering.

Conduct health and safety checks and create risk assessments for work placements.

Develop and adapt employability plans to meet individual needs, promoting growth and independence.

Experience supporting young people with SEND in work settings.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to creating inclusive work opportunities for people with SEND.

Relevant teaching or coaching qualifications (e.g., Level 4 CET or equivalent).

Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.
