Head of Construction, Engineering and Green Technologies Are you a dynamic and visionary leader ready to shape the future of construction, engineering, and green technology education? Newham College is looking for an exceptional individual to lead our Faculty of Construction, Engineering and Green Technologies one of the most exciting and future-focused areas of our curriculum.

What You\’ll Do: Lead and inspire a team of curriculum managers and teaching staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment across 16-18 and adult education.

Design and implement innovative curriculum solutions aligned with local, regional and national skills needs.

Collaborate with employers and stakeholders to ensure real-world relevance and progression routes for learners.

Drive continuous improvement through robust quality systems and performance management.

Take strategic ownership of business planning, resource management, and learner success outcomes.
