Responsibilities
As a sous‑chef you will assist in the general provision, serving and preparation of food and beverages within the College\’s catering units, conduct cleaning and stock control duties.
Qualifications, skills and experience
Good knowledge of a variety of cuisines
Awareness of current trends in the catering/food market
Ability to cook from scratch without supervision
Experience in delivering good customer service
Well‑organised and able to manage tasks efficiently
