About Us: Newham College London, now merged with NewVIc Sixth Form College, is the largest post-16 education provider in Newham. The Role: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Student Services Assistant to join our Student Services team. Based at our East Ham campus, you will provide a professional front-of-house service, acting as the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors. You will play a key role in supporting the student journey by providing information, advice and guidance, responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate records and supporting a range of student-centred activities and events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who is passionate about delivering an outstanding student experience. This role is offered on a full time 36 hours per week, permanent basis.
