Newham College London (now merged with NewVIc) seeks an experienced Apprenticeship Trainer to deliver the Level 3 CIPD HR Support Apprenticeship, with the chance to develop the Level 5 People Professional Apprenticeship as the provision grows. The role is hourly paid, currently over two days per week, and aims to build a high-quality employer-led HR apprenticeship programme. You will teach, coach and assess apprentices, guiding them from induction through End Point Assessment.
