- Monitor, record and support the completion of Off-the-Job Training requirements in line with apprenticeship funding rules.
- Prepare apprentices for Gateway and End Point Assessment, ensuring they are fully equipped to achieve successful outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, acting as the key point of contact throughout programme delivery.
- Identify apprentices requiring additional support and implement timely intervention strategies to maximise achievement and retention.
- Maintain accurate learner records using college systems and apprenticeship e-portfolios.
- Contribute to curriculum development, quality improvement activities, standardisation and internal quality assurance processes.
- Support the growth and development of Newham College's HR apprenticeship offer, helping to establish a centre of excellence for HR and People Professional training.
