About Us: Newham College London, now merged with NewVIc Sixth Form College, is the largest post-16 education provider in Newham. With campuses in East Ham, Stratford, Plaistow, and the London City Institute of Technology (LCIoT) in Canning Town, we serve over 11,000 students across a range of pathways – including 16–18 study, adult education, apprenticeships, and higher education. The Role: To assist with the management of apprenticeship recruitment, T-level reviews, employer partnerships, and programme delivery to ensure high apprentice achievement, excellent employer satisfaction, and strong compliance with apprenticeship and T-Level funding rules and college requirements. You will be a key link between employers, students and delivery teams, ensuring employers receive a high quality service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for employers, apprentices, and delivery teams.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen employer partnerships to support recruitment, programme delivery, and progression opportunities.
  • Promote Business Development activity and wider College apprenticeship provision to employers.
