The role involves working within the College's Apprenticeship department. The Apprenticeship Trainer - Electrical is responsible for teaching, training, and assessing a caseload of apprentices within the Installation and Maintenance Electrician apprenticeship standard. The Apprenticeship Trainer will ensure that all apprentices make strong, timely progress through their programme by:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Completing regular progress reviews with apprentices and their employers
- Monitoring Off-The-Job (OTJ) training hours to ensure full compliance with apprenticeship funding rules
