Built on deep community expertise, NewGen understands how modern consumers interact, share, and make decisions in the digital age. We connect brands with the right creators and audiences in ways that feel authentic, not forced — because today's most powerful advertising doesn't look like advertising at all.

At the heart of NewGen is our talent representation practice — built on the belief that creators deserve more than just deals; they deserve a partner genuinely invested in their growth, their voice, and their legacy. We champion creators who are genuinely themselves, supporting every aspect of their career — from brand partnerships and deal negotiation to creative strategy and beyond.
