We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lifestyle Lead to shape the next phase of our Lifestyle division. This role will define strategy, elevate our approach to talent, and play a central part in identifying, attracting, and securing standout creators for the NewGen Talent roster.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading our Lifestyle strategy, overseeing department budgets, and managing or hiring a dynamic team.
  • Building and nurturing meaningful relationships with talent, brands, and industry stakeholders.
  • Strategically expanding the lifestyle roster by identifying and acquiring top‑tier talent.
  • Overseeing the delivery of exceptional management services that drive value for both creators and brands.
  • Elevating the creator experience by fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide tailored career guidance and growth strategies for each creator, aligned with their personal brand and goals.
  • Work cross‑functionally with the agency, sales, influencer, and accounts teams to deliver seamless campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor the success of partnerships and campaigns, leveraging data to provide actionable feedback to both creators and brands.
  • Represent the agency and its creators at industry events, networking opportunities, and panels to build the agency’s reputation.
  • Collaborate with marketing to build a best‑in‑class brand proposition for our lifestyle roster.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to proactively attract high‑demand talent.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or related fields within the creator economy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with talent, brands, and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing high‑profile talent and securing impactful brand partnerships.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage high‑profile creators, and oversee complex projects.
  • Ability to identify trends and adapt strategies to capitalise on opportunities in the influencer space.
  • Expertise in negotiating contracts and securing win‑win deals for creators and brands.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch, including algorithms, audience behaviour, and trends.
  • Strong team player who can work across departments to drive results.
