We are seeking an exceptional Talent Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting our Talent Managers with the seamless day-to-day operations of our expanding roster. You'll be instrumental in building media kits, managing brand partnerships, coordinating talent logistics, and driving innovation across our talent division.

The Responsibilities
- Assist Talent Managers with daily operations and client management across the roster
- Create analytical reports using data analytics to drive informed decision-making
- Write and edit compelling copy for client media kits and pitch materials using pre-designed templates
- Oversee and maintain department financial documents, contracts, and related materials to ensure managers stay organised and on schedule.
- Manage calendars, logistics, and coordination for talent commitments, including events, travel, accommodation, and call sheets
- Execute brand partnerships from brief creation through to campaign delivery and post-campaign analysis
- Identify opportunities to leverage activity across the wider roster
- Support the acquisition and nurturing of brand partnerships for existing talent clients
- Communicate effectively across UK and US teams, implementing processes and procedures across the department
- Respond to incoming client queries and direct them to appropriate team members
- Stay ahead of emerging platforms, potential clients, and industry trends
- Attend talent and industry events outside of office hours when required
- Be present in external meetings upon request of Talent Managers
- Work collaboratively with the wider team in an all-hands-on-deck environment

Manchester or London-based. Office days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the digital influencer landscape and creator economy
- Broad understanding of the entertainment business and media industry
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, especially under high work volumes
- Strong IT proficiency, including G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Slack
- Keen eye for detail with the ability to maintain exceptional standards
- Articulate and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience in professional email correspondence and client communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative team-player mindset
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn and grow
- Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively while remaining calm
- Proactive approach to problem-solving for both team and the clients
- Professional phone manner and strong relationship-building abilities
