The Role

As a Creative, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts for social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and other digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for social media and digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Create scripts, storyboards, treatments, mood boards, captions and presentation decks.
  • Collaborate with other agency teams, including client services, strategy, and media, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing and translate that into reactive content ideation.
  • Present creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with creators, influencers or community-led content.
  • Direct or support social content shoots.
  • Create work for paid and organic social campaigns.
  • Use performance insights to improve creative work.
  • Experience with editing, design or prototyping tools.
  • Develop integrated ideas that extend beyond social channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing or creative, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong portfolio of creative work, including social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for social media and digital marketing.
