About NewGen
Welcome to NewGen - a global social creative and creator agency made up of over 100 talented people worldwide, with offices in London, Manchester, and New York. We partner with leading brands to shape culture, tell stories that matter, and harness the power of social-first creativity and creators to drive meaningful impact. As a fast-growing agency with a collaborative, ambitious spirit, we bring together data, strategy, creativity, and innovation to deliver work that cuts through, connects, and creates conversation. Founded by our 30-under-30 co-founders, NewGen is an independent agency working with some of the world’s biggest brands. Privately owned and built to challenge big networks and stale traditional agencies, we move fast, live social, and believe fresh ideas are the only way to deliver work consumers truly care about. Our work is trusted by global brands including Pepsi, Samsung, Amazon, SEGA, and CashApp. Just as importantly, we’re the agency of choice for leading creators shaping culture today.
Want to join the team? Here are our non-negotiables:
- Energy: Get involved, be heard, and contribute. This isn’t the place for an easy ride, we want people who bring energy and ideas.
- Quality: Quality comes first. If it doesn’t feel right, speak up. Everything we create should push boundaries and break new ground.
- Collaboration: We win as a team. No egos, no judgment… Just support and collective success.
- Creativity: We thrive on fresh thinking. New ideas and bold approaches keep us moving forward.
- Partnership: Be a great partner to our clients. Everything we do must deliver on their objectives and create a positive, collaborative experience.
The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Influencer Account Executive to join NewGen’s growing influencer team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of influencer campaigns, working across some of the most exciting clients and brands in the social space. You’ll be joining a team known for delivering award-winning work, built on creative thinking, genuine cultural understanding, and campaigns that clients keep coming back for. Gaming knowledge is a plus: while you don’t need to be a hardcore gamer, familiarity with gaming culture, key platforms, and creator ecosystems will help you bring insight and confidence to relevant campaigns. We offer hybrid working from our Manchester base, a collaborative team culture, and real opportunities to grow quickly in a company that rewards ambition. This isn’t a role buried in admin - you’ll work on campaigns that matter, with people who care about doing things properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns across clients.
- Conduct influencer research, identification, and vetting across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Lead outreach and assist with contracting and coordination of creators and their management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent managers.
- Support content review and approval processes to ensure alignment with briefs and brand guidelines.
- Assist with live campaign execution, ensuring deliverables are on time and on brief.
- Work closely with senior team members to ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and strategically aligned.
- Track campaign performance metrics and support post-campaign reporting.
- Monitor trends, emerging creators, and community movements across social media.
- Contribute to pitch work and new business opportunities, supporting research and creative input.
- Support wider commercial and operational processes within the team.
Social First × Brand Impact
Being socially native is at the heart of everything we do at NewGen. We’re not a traditional advertising agency, we live and breathe culture, constantly plugged into the trends, conversations, and creators shaping the world. To succeed here, you need a deep understanding of the creator landscape, an instinct for what resonates online, and the ability to translate trends and cultural insight into work that feels authentic, bold, and social-first. It’s okay to be chronically online.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field.
- Agency experience (bonus, not essential).
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for gaming is a plus, but not required - strong social and creator knowledge is key.
- Understanding of creator ecosystems across Live Streaming, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong awareness of emerging creators and trends.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Confident communication skills, comfortable working directly with both clients and influencers.
- Experience using influencer marketing platforms such as Sprout or Streamcharts (desirable but not essential).
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience in influencer research, outreach, and campaign coordination.
- Ability to track performance and support reporting.
- Working knowledge of ASA, CAP, and FTC guidelines.
Mandatory Office Days
28 days holiday per year, including bank holidays and a NewGen reset policy that entitles an additional 10 holiday days off per year (post probation).
Additional birthday day off.

Enhanced compassionate leave so you can genuinely take the time you need.
