The Role

We’re looking for a strategic socially native Senior Influencer Manager to lead and shape creator campaigns across key accounts. You will take ownership of influencer strategy, creator partnerships and campaign delivery at a senior level, working closely with account, creative and strategy leads.

  • Build long term creator ecosystems

  • Develop relationships with creators agents and platforms
  • Drive repeatable creator partnerships
  • Shape influencer first campaign ideas
  • Embed creator thinking into campaigns
  • Advise on platform strategy and formats
  • Drive integration with wider social campaigns
  • Own campaign performance tracking
  • Lead client conversations on results
  • Support account growth opportunities
  • Mentor junior team members

Social First Mindset

You should have a deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms. You understand how creators build communities and how brands can authentically participate in culture.

Experience Required:

  • 5 to 7+ years experience in influencer marketing
  • Experience leading large scale campaigns
  • Strong strategic thinking
  • Deep understanding of creator platforms
  • Experience managing team members
  • Experience in fast-paced agency environments
