About NewGen
Welcome to NewGen — a global social creative and creator agency made up of over 100 talented people worldwide, with offices in London, Manchester, and New York. We partner with leading brands to shape culture, tell stories that matter, and harness the power of social-first creativity and creators to drive meaningful impact.
As a fast-growing agency with a collaborative, ambitious spirit, we bring together data, strategy, creativity, and innovation to deliver work that cuts through, connects, and creates conversation. Founded by our 30-under-30 co-founders, NewGen is an independent agency working with some of the world's biggest brands. Privately owned and built to challenge big networks and stale traditional agencies, we move fast, live social, and believe fresh ideas are the only way to deliver work consumers care about.
Our work is trusted by global brands including Pepsi, Samsung, Amazon, SEGA, and CashApp. Just as importantly, we're the agency of choice for leading creators shaping culture today — from KSI and Amelia Dimoldenberg to PewDiePie. When the people driving conversations and influencing audiences trust us, it's no surprise that the world's most ambitious brands do too.
Want to join the team? Here are our non-negotiables:
- Energy – Get involved, be heard, and contribute. This isn't the place for an easy ride — we want people who bring energy and ideas.
- Quality – Quality comes first. If it doesn't feel right, speak up. Everything we create should push boundaries and break new ground.
- Collaboration – We win as a team. No egos, no judgment — just support and collective success.
- Creativity – We thrive on fresh thinking. New ideas and bold approaches keep us moving forward.
- Partnership – Be a great partner to our clients. Everything we do must deliver on their objectives and create a positive, collaborative experience. This is paramount.
The Role
We're looking for a highly organised, socially native Senior Influencer Account Executive to support the delivery of best-in-class creator campaigns. You'll support campaign execution from sourcing creators through to reporting — ensuring smooth communication between clients, creators, and internal teams. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role at the centre of our influencer work. You are detail-obsessed, proactive, and culturally aware. You understand creator dynamics, platform nuance, and how social-first thinking translates into performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Campaign Delivery
- Support day-to-day management of influencer campaigns
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Assist with briefing, contracting, and compliance processes
- Ensure content is delivered on time and on brief
- Creator Sourcing and Vetting
- Research and recommend creators aligned to brand audiences and objectives
- Use internal vetting frameworks and tools
- Analyse audience data, engagement metrics, and performance indicators
- Stay on top of platform trends and emerging creators
- Manage Communication
- Liaise professionally with creators, agents, and managers
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients
- Manage feedback loops and approval processes
- Flag risks or delays early
- Reporting and Insights
- Support campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Gather metrics and help translate them into actionable insights
- Track benchmarks and identify optimisation opportunities
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain trackers, timelines, and campaign documentation
- Support finance processes including PO tracking, reconciliation, and invoicing
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support internal coordination across creative, strategy, and paid teams
- Social-First Mindset
- You understand TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms intuitively. You know how creators build communities and why authenticity matters more than reach alone.
- You're plugged into culture and comfortable operating in a fast-moving social environment.
We'd Love You To Have
- 1–3 years' experience in influencer marketing, social media, or talent management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Passion for creator culture and digital trends
