You’ll shape strategy, standards, talent relationships and people, acting as a visible internal leader and external senior voice with key clients.
You will build and lead a global team of 15+, drive cross-market campaigns from always-on creator programmes to marquee talent deals, and raise the bar on craft, resourcing, and commercial.
