The Role: This is the most senior influencer marketing role in the business. You'll own our influencer proposition end to end across every market we operate in: the strategy, the standards, the talent relationships and the people. You'll be a visible leader internally and a trusted senior voice externally, in the room with our most important clients and their most senior stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Set and own NewGen's global influencer marketing strategy and point of view.
  • Lead influencer thinking across our biggest accounts.
  • Act as the senior client partner on influencer, building trust with senior marketers.
  • Build, lead and grow a high-performing global team of 15+.
  • Raise the bar on craft and consistency.
  • Own senior talent and agency relationships.
  • Partner with account, creative, strategy and data leads.
  • Contribute to new business, shaping pitches and growing existing accounts.
  • Bring commercial rigour to the discipline.
