The Role: This is the most senior influencer marketing role in the business. You'll own our influencer proposition end to end across every market we operate in: the strategy, the standards, the talent relationships and the people. It's equal parts strategist, client leader and team builder.
What you'll do:
- Set and own NewGen's global influencer marketing strategy and point of view.
- Lead influencer thinking across our biggest accounts.
- Act as the senior client partner on influencer, building trust with senior marketers.
- Build, lead and grow a high-performing global team of 15+.
- Raise the bar on craft and consistency.
- Own senior talent and agency relationships.
- Partner with account, creative, strategy and data leads.
- Contribute to new business, shaping pitches and winning work.
- Bring commercial rigour to the discipline.
What you'll bring:
- Deep, demonstrable expertise in influencer and creator marketing.
- Genuine multi-market experience.
- Exceptional client handling at the most senior level.
- Proven leadership of large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong commercial instincts across resourcing, budgets and account growth.

- Confidence operating at pace across a global, multi-office business.
- Demonstrable experience of 10+ years in client-facing influencer roles.

- Experience across travel, technology or FMCG categories.
- A strong existing network across talent agencies, platforms and the creator economy.
