We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and motivated Account Executive to help continue to drive our revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and managing opportunities from initiation through close. This position is a full-cycle field sales role, responsible for developing relationships and driving opportunities.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
  • Research and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for Newforma solutions.
  • Understand the unique needs and pain points of each prospect or customer.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products and tailor presentations to address specific customer challenges.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and their features.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and functionalities of our SaaS solutions.
  • Address customer questions and objections effectively.
  • Manage and drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, customer success and product development, to align strategies and maximize customer value.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and targets.

Requirements for the position include:

  • 3-7 Years Experience in a Sales or customer facing role.
  • Located in EMEA with the ability to travel up to 25%. Fluent French speaker preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if dealing with international clients.
  • Established track record of successful SaaS or software sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast paced, evolving industry.
  • Strong problem solving skills and a customer‐centric mindset.

Nice to have qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with or selling to Construction, Architecture and Engineering organisations is a plus.
